Job Summary:
We are in search of a meticulous and technically skilled Business Analyst and Training Content Developer. This role is crucial to supporting our smart manufacturing initiatives through the development of comprehensive training resources and documentation tailored for operational technology/information technology (OT/IT) platforms, AVEVA PI Historian, data collection pipelines, and specific implementations in the paper and pulp industry using AVEVA PI AF Analytical Servers.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and evaluate requirements for smart manufacturing solutions.
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications for OT/IT platform implementations.
- Map business processes while identifying automation and optimization opportunities.
Training Development:
- Design and produce technical training materials such as user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration manuals, and e-learning content.
- Develop step-by-step documentation for:
- Setting up and configuring AVEVA PI Historian.
- Architecting and implementing data collection pipelines.
- Deploying use cases in AVEVA PI AF Analytical Servers, specifically for paper and pulp operations.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for internal teams and end users.
Technical Documentation:
- Ensure documentation for platform architecture, data flows, and system configurations is current and accurate.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
