This residential program supports individuals working to address substance use, offering a three-to-six-month stay with both group and individual counseling. Life skills development is a key part of the program, delivered by a clinical team that includes psychotherapists, social workers, and addiction treatment workers. The supervisor leads, coaches, and supports staff to maintain high standards of care and programming. Building a collaborative and compassionate team environment is central to the role.
