FanDuel is looking for a Brand Strategy Manager to join the Sportsbook division in Toronto. This position plays a central role in executing brand strategy across every touchpoint. The Brand Strategy Manager produces creative briefs, shapes integrated campaigns, and works closely with all marketing teams to ensure the brand proposition reaches the audience with clarity and impact.
This role sits within the Brand Marketing function and directly influences long-term marketing strategy. Flexibility is important, as responsibilities may shift based on business needs.
What You Will Do
- Lead Sportsbook marketing initiatives, coordinating deliverables across teams.
- Connect marketing objectives with strategic plans, especially around key moments in Sportsbook campaigns.
- Create detailed creative briefs and review campaign executions for quality and consistency.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with the creative agency to maintain brand alignment.
- Analyze target audience data and identify opportunities to highlight brand strengths during major sporting events.
- Work with media teams to bring Sportsbook messaging to life in important placements.
- Ensure clear communication of plans and run effective briefing processes for creative teams.
- Monitor competitor advertising and find ways to strengthen FanDuel’s market position.
- Build and reinforce the internal brand identity for Sportsbook.
