About the job
Plum Fintech Ltd. is on a mission to help people build wealth for life. Since 2016, our saving and investing app has supported over 2 million users across 10 European countries, helping them save more than £2 billion. Our intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions have earned recognition from organizations like Deloitte and Finder.
With a team of over 230 colleagues across Europe, Plum continues to grow and evolve. We are now looking for a Brand Lead to shape and protect our brand as we expand further.
Role Overview
Brand sits at the heart of Plum’s strategy. The Brand Lead will own our verbal and visual identity, guiding how Plum shows up in every market and channel. This role leads our brand refresh, defines our narrative, and ensures brand consistency across media, social platforms, product interfaces, and more.
As Brand Lead, the focus is on setting standards, providing direction, and reviewing key brand outputs, not direct content production. This position operates within the marketing team, bridging strategy, creative, and campaign efforts. The Brand Lead acts as a brand guardian, fostering alignment and quality across teams and customer touchpoints.
What You Will Do

- Craft a clear, compelling brand narrative that resonates with diverse audiences and positions Plum as a trusted financial ally.
- Analyze target customer segments using market research and data to understand motivations and ensure the brand addresses real needs.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to inform brand direction.
- Lead the creation and rollout of brand guidelines, working closely with marketing and product teams to ensure every touchpoint, from app UI to outdoor ads, reflects the Plum brand.
- Act as an internal consultant for Product Design and Creative Studio teams, ensuring brand aesthetics and tone are consistently applied throughout the user journey.
- Develop scalable processes and tools that help teams apply brand principles efficiently and consistently.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for brand-related initiatives across the company.
