What You’ll Do
Become an integral part of a legendary brand poised to transform the electric pickup truck and rugged SUV markets by:
- Overseeing battery structures for all new products, collaborating with a full battery supplier through virtual development, testing, and manufacturing launch for our all-electric pickups and rugged SUVs.
- Creating and optimizing CAD data in conjunction with the battery supplier, balancing cost, functionality, weight, and manufacturability.
- Integrating high voltage batteries into vehicle architecture.
- Defining design verification plans and coordinating with test engineers.
- Collaborating with suppliers and engineering service providers.
- Contributing to a diverse team while nurturing a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Developing CAD data for both virtual and physical verification testing, including field assessments.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and U. S. government regulations.
- Staying engaged with consumer trends and market demands.
