Position Overview
As a Behavior Analyst, you will be instrumental in designing and supervising ABA treatment programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. You will continually assess client progress, provide valuable parent education and consultation, and employ effective problem-solving strategies to help clients achieve their fullest potential. This role also involves supervising behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to professional standards while they implement treatment plans with reliability and fidelity.
