Your Responsibilities as a BCBA:

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
  • Oversee the execution of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Conduct assessments to identify the need for behavioral interventions.
  • Supervise aspiring BCBAs weekly.
  • Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
