Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 base salary

Your Responsibilities as a BCBA:
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
- Oversee the execution of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments to identify the need for behavioral interventions.
- Supervise aspiring BCBAs weekly.
- Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Active BCBA certification is required.
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to employment start date.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
