Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in RPA, with 2-3 years specifically in Blue Prism, demonstrating a proven track record in developing automation solutions.- Advanced proficiency in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining application code across varying contexts.- Strong analytical skills to comprehend and interpret complex requirements, defining both technical and functional advanced solutions.- Familiarity with integrating diverse applications using web services/REST APIs and knowledge of RDBMS and open-source databases.- Process-oriented mindset with excellent presentation, communication, and articulation skills.- Solid experience in software delivery lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and AGILE.- Prior experience with terminal session RPA (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) with terminals such as AS400/VT, TN3270, TN5250/VT, Mainframe, etc.- Ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse teams while also being capable of independent work.

Job Overview:

- Act in various roles, including business process analyst, RPA developer, support specialist, and course trainer as needed.

- Collaborate closely with clients to identify and define use cases within their current IT and business processes, focusing on process optimization, redesign, and re-engineering.

- Collect business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows utilizing Blue Prism Process and Object Template.

- Generate and review Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).

- Deliver process automation solutions during both onsite and remote client projects to ensure successful implementation.

- Adhere to RPA implementation best practices, ensuring programs, scripts, and objects are efficient, well-structured, reusable, maintainable, and easily comprehensible.

- Develop and document test procedures, scenarios, and cases for both pre-UAT and UAT phases.

- Conduct testing in the relevant hosting environments, overseeing the entire testing cycle.

- Maintain RPA systems and monitor the seamless execution of automation processes.

- Provide Level 1 to Level 3 support for existing automation processes, refine documentation, and implement change requests based on incident and request priorities.

- Analyze and identify the root causes of issues, troubleshoot daily operational challenges of robotic processes, and deliver timely solutions within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters.
