Your Role:

As a vital member of our Technical Support Team, you will connect our cutting-edge products with our customers, addressing real-world technical challenges. You will provide exceptional support for our advanced vulnerability assessment and compliance auditing software, showcasing your expertise in complex customer environments. From assisting customers in their initial use of the Nessus scanner to navigating detailed log correlation and real-time vulnerability analysis, your contributions will be instrumental in reducing cyber risks and closing the Cyber Exposure gap.

Your Opportunities:

  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with the Tenable team, including Sales, Customer Advocacy, Research & Development, and Operations.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve customer technical inquiries, ensuring prompt solutions.
  • Employ remote troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and rectify issues.
  • Analyze vulnerability scan results, system audits, and log events.
  • Assist customers in interpreting vulnerability scan results and provide clear, actionable guidance to expedite issue resolution.
  • Reproduce customer software issues in a controlled lab environment for engineering evaluation.
  • Capture customer feedback effectively and relay it to Product Management and Research & Development.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Tenable products and information security best practices.
