We are on the lookout for an innovative Simulation Developer/Instructional Designer, preferably bilingual, who possesses the ability to translate intricate processes into relatable scenarios that enhance user confidence and drive measurable outcomes. This role requires collaboration with training teams, operational departments, and subject matter experts to create dynamic simulations that positively influence key performance metrics, including handle time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution, all while ensuring a fun and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Create simulations utilizing tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Develop training that reflects actual call flows, tools, and customer challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and enhance performance.
- Incorporate feedback and data to refine your content continually.
- Assist in launching new training modules within our Learning Management System (LMS) and provide user support as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or call center training.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in simulation development tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (SCORM/xAPI experience is preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
- Willingness to travel 30–50% and work independently.
