Role Overview: Benefits Lead
Checkout.com is seeking a Benefits Lead based in Atlanta to oversee benefits programs across the Americas, with particular attention to the US, Canada, and Brazil. This role calls for a benefits subject matter expert who can design, implement, and enhance offerings that meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
The Benefits Lead will set and manage the overall benefits strategy and day-to-day operations. Collaboration is key: expect to work closely with leadership, People Onboarding, external vendors, and employees to deliver benefits that stand out and run smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Shape and execute benefits strategy for the Americas region, focusing on the US, Canada, and Brazil
- Lead the design, rollout, and ongoing improvement of benefits programs
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective delivery
- Use data to inform decisions and address challenges as the company grows
