Key Responsibilities:Maintain and organize accurate records, databases, and documentation across departments. Draft, review, and edit emails, reports, and internal communications with a keen eye for grammar and clarity. Support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure a smooth workflow. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, update records, and resolve discrepancies. Execute data entry, verification, and reporting with high accuracy. Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, summaries, and documentation for management review. Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval and compliance. Propose process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting actionable solutions. Engage effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely task completion. Uphold confidentiality and integrity of sensitive company information. Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a back office, administrative, or operations role. Exceptional command of English with outstanding grammar, writing, and comprehension skills. Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to identify errors in documentation and communication. Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, for reporting and documentation. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams and ensuring clarity in execution. A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and follow-through capabilities. Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Problem-solving mindset focused on improving workflows and minimizing errors.
