Expertise in lifecycle marketing and automation, optimizing full-funnel customer journeys and triggered messaging for conversion and retention. Experience in developing conversion-focused copy and campaigns across both paid and owned channels. Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization and testing methodologies (A/B and multivariate), with advanced analytical skills for performance attribution and ROAS analysis. Proficiency in GA4 and other performance analytics platforms, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

As the B2C Growth Marketing Manager for Benefits, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance awareness, drive acquisition, and boost conversion rates for Flare products. You will be responsible for achieving lead and revenue goals, utilizing CRM and paid SEM as your primary growth strategies.

This hands-on role merges strategic planning with execution to achieve measurable, scalable growth and a strong return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated, full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, video, affiliates, and owned channels (including email, lifecycle automation, SMS, and print).
  • Manage key performance indicators (CPL, CAC, ROAS) while actively overseeing budgets and channel strategies to meet and exceed commercial objectives.
  • Create and refine audience strategies leveraging first-party data, including segmentation, lookalikes, and remarketing for both in-network and external audiences.
  • Promote continuous full-funnel optimization through structured A/B and multivariate testing, customizing creative, messaging, and user experiences according to channel and funnel stage.
  • Provide insightful performance reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable recommendations that shape ongoing strategy and messaging.
  • Collaborate with network partners, publishers, automotive brands, and internal growth marketing teams to execute coordinated, high-impact campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of best practices, emerging trends, and new tactics in the market, integrating these insights into our performance marketing strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
