Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Generate new client sales through cold calling and networking efforts.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers through regular interactions, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare commercial proposals and manage contracts to meet sales targets.
- Represent Teltonika and our EV charging solutions at trade shows and meetings.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM database.
- Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to fulfill customer needs.
What We Seek:
- Demonstrated success in a B2B sales role or similar position.
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and driven to overcome challenges.
- Strong presentation and business communication skills.
- A valid Polish driving license.
