Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Generate new client sales through cold calling and networking efforts.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers through regular interactions, presentations, and site visits.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and manage contracts to meet sales targets.
  • Represent Teltonika and our EV charging solutions at trade shows and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM database.
  • Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to fulfill customer needs.

What We Seek:

  • Demonstrated success in a B2B sales role or similar position.
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and driven to overcome challenges.
  • Strong presentation and business communication skills.
  • A valid Polish driving license.
