Role Overview
The B2B Growth Marketing Specialist plays a key role within Bitso’s marketing team in México. This position blends demand generation, event management, campaign execution, and marketing operations, all with the goal of growing the pipeline and improving efficiency.
This specialist manages programs from planning through execution: developing strategies, overseeing vendor relationships, tracking budgets, analyzing metrics, and quickly refining approaches. The role covers events, ABM (account-based marketing) strategies, content-driven lead generation, partner marketing, and related activities.
Success in this role requires initiative, a knack for spotting and addressing gaps, and comfort working in resource-constrained settings. Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity is important, as is the ability to create campaign reports in HubSpot, negotiate contracts, and draft briefs for landing pages.
Reporting Structure
This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager for Bitso Business, Ingrid Carraro.
What You Need
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, especially in demand generation, event management, and marketing operations.
- A growth mindset: data-driven, open to experimentation, and focused on continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to manage events and marketing budgets, handle vendor contracts, and coordinate logistics across multiple vendors.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CRM).
