Qualifications:Advanced degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Extensive experience in technical due diligence or related advisory roles within the infrastructure sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of cultivating strong client relationships. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Strategic Growth:

  • Foster the growth of the TDD Practice in alignment with overarching business objectives by identifying new opportunities, driving revenue, and enhancing market presence;
  • Serve as a technical and thought leader both internally and externally;
  • Collaborate with organizational leadership to execute strategic planning, sales, and marketing strategies.

Lead the TDD Market:

  • Technical Due Diligence Leadership: Spearhead and deliver technical due diligence assessments for Transport, Energy, and Social assets, including conducting site evaluations to gauge asset condition, performance, and associated risks.
  • Project Management: Oversee multi-disciplinary teams across diverse geographies, languages, time zones, and cultures, integrating external experts and internal colleagues to provide high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Client Advisory: Convert technical insights into actionable recommendations for investors and stakeholders. Collaborate with Financial, Traffic & Revenue, and Environmental, Social and Governance due diligence teams to create cohesive reports.
  • Risk Assessment: Analyze and assess technical and operational risks associated with infrastructure assets, including contractual agreements, construction methodologies, operational maintenance, lifecycle planning, and propose strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Reporting & Communication: Develop comprehensive, client-ready reports and presentations tailored for investor audiences, ensuring effective communication of findings.
