Join our dynamic sales team at Town and Country Ford, where you will take on the exciting role of an Automotive Sales Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for not only selling vehicles but also for meeting dealership objectives regarding gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. Your role will encompass four key areas: personal work habits, prospecting for new clients, closing sales, and maintaining relationships through effective follow-up.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 - $120,000+ / year
- Achievable through meeting and surpassing sales goals and quotas
*The compensation structure for this position includes a Base Monthly Draw of $3,000, with additional commission potential based on the number of closed sales, which can vary based on performance with no upper limit. Moreover, there are performance bonuses available based on individual or team achievements, with no fixed upper limit.
Schedule:
- FULL TIME
- 5 days a week / 2 days off
- Sundays off
- Weekend availability is required
- Sales Floor Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9 am to 8 pm
- Saturday: 9 am to 8 pm
