Who We Are Looking For

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Automation Engineer who is enthusiastic about minimizing inefficiencies, enhancing processes, and empowering teams through intelligent, scalable automation solutions. In this pivotal role, you will convert manual, inconsistent, or disjointed processes into streamlined, integrated, and data-driven systems. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organization — from operations to engineering to corporate functions — to identify their needs, devise intuitive solutions, and implement automations, visualizations, and technological collaboration tools that facilitate decision-making and embody The Re:Build Way.

This role is both impactful and hands-on, merging business analysis, solution architecture, development, and ongoing improvement.

Design & Build Automation Solutions
