About The Role:

As we aim to scale production of our groundbreaking eVTOL aircraft, we are looking for an Automation Controls Engineer to join our team. This role is integral to designing and implementing large-scale manufacturing automation systems. You will be involved in creating intelligent manufacturing solutions from the ground up, transforming intricate designs into robust, scalable systems that connect early R&D with operational hardware.

Your core responsibilities will include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to innovate machine and process designs. You will oversee the complete controls system lifecycle, programming PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and servo drives, as well as crafting detailed electrical schematics and managing the procurement and fabrication of electrical control panels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in developing high-volume production systems, from initial feasibility studies to full-scale production.
