This role is a temporary position through our staffing partner, Yoh Enterprise Solutions, and is based onsite in San Diego.
Position Overview
- Conduct analysis of game audio content and execute testing throughout the PlayStation Studios Audio QA process.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify, diagnose, and report defects.
- Understand and execute the QA testing processes of PlayStation Studios.
- Monitor and update the defect tracking database.
- Provide regular reports on testing status and progress.
- Communicate directly with audio development teams to grasp audio design intentions.
- Utilize game engine and audio middleware debug tools such as Wwise for diagnosing and profiling audio issues.
- Create and execute detailed test cases.
- Perform onsite testing as necessary.
- Identify, document, and escalate title risks.
- Maintain adherence to PlayStation Studios QA performance standards.
