PubMatic stands as a frontrunner in audience solutions, having developed one of the industry's most sophisticated and extensive audience data platforms on the supply side. Our comprehensive suite of audience capabilities plays a pivotal role in how the open programmatic ecosystem adapts to a privacy-first advertising landscape. We empower advertisers to achieve significant relevance and strong Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) without relying on deprecated identifiers such as third-party cookies.
As we witness an acceleration in signal loss, the importance of contextual and first-party data is paramount for modern audience strategies. PubMatic's Audience Solutions portfolio is at the forefront of this transformation. Our flagship product, Connect, serves as a premier data marketplace that allows data vendors to monetize and manage their audiences through programmatic deals, enhancing revenue for our publishers and delivering improved outcomes for advertisers. Currently, Connect collaborates with numerous premium providers of contextual, behavioral, and intent data, and is rapidly expanding as the market transitions to cookieless buying.
Recently, PubMatic has emerged as a leader in the agentic advertising revolution, having successfully launched the industry's first fully autonomous campaign in December 2025. Audience Solutions is integral to shaping this future, collaborating with data providers, curators, and buyers to create this new ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
As the Associate Vice President of Audience Solutions, you will take ownership of and expand PubMatic’s global Connect business. You will lead our curation efforts and drive the audience components of our overarching agentic vision. This high-impact general management role encompasses go-to-market strategy, sales, customer success, product input, product marketing, pricing, and team development.
