About the job

As an Associate Talent Manager at Insanity Group, you will play a pivotal support role in coordinating activities for our diverse roster of clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Managing and booking intricate travel arrangements for clients.
  • Overseeing diary management for Talent Managers, Senior Talent Managers, and Insanity clients.
  • Assisting in the cultivation and management of current clients while executing day-to-day talent campaigns.
  • Crafting and editing written content with the aid of pre-designed templates.
  • Conducting research on potential clients, brands, social media platforms, research tools, and competition.
  • Responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate manager.
  • Maintaining databases and administrative systems to ensure efficient operations.
  • Raising invoices and keeping job sheets current.

At the Associate Talent Manager level, you will engage with clients who are at various stages of development, with clear career progression paths outlined to help them establish their presence in their respective fields and secure commercial opportunities.

You will contribute valuable insights to the wider department and company strategies, creating opportunities for team members and sharing essential industry knowledge.

Building relationships with key stakeholders across the entertainment industry is crucial; you will work closely with your manager to enhance your network. Previous experience liaising between talent and external stakeholders, along with developing conflict resolution and crisis management skills alongside your line manager, is highly beneficial.
