Role Overview

As a Strategy & Operations Associate at EV Realty, you will engage in high-priority projects, from the initial strategy phase through to execution and implementation, making a significant impact across the organization and helping to shape our platform for the next generation of commercial fleets.

This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will tackle undefined challenges, develop structured approaches to solve them, and provide actionable insights that directly influence our strategic decisions. Collaborating closely with our Business Development, Finance, Product, Operations, and Data Science teams, your contributions will go beyond producing presentations; you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our company. One day, you may be negotiating a strategic partnership to elevate EV Realty's offerings for a national trucking company; the next, you might be analyzing the long-term potential for autonomous fleet charging in emerging markets. You'll gain firsthand insight into decision-making processes at a company navigating growth and strategy.
