Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions related to Title and Settlement services.
- Review search documents and articulate title and title commitment issues clearly.
- Facilitate the Title/Settlement Services process by providing timely updates and information to all stakeholders while addressing inquiries regarding properties.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders engaged in the transaction.
- Consistently produce high-quality, error-free work.
- Achieve and maintain a 100% quality yield.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Meet the output HRDs set by the business unit for the process.
- Conduct detailed investigations into priority items, including complaints and disputes.
- Identify issues that warrant escalation to a Supervisor.
- Ensure timely completion of all assignments and projects.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve departmental and team objectives.
