Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, lenders, and other stakeholders regarding Title and Settlement services throughout the transaction.
- Review and summarize search documents, addressing title and commitment issues thoroughly.
- Facilitate the Title/Settlement Services process by providing timely updates and addressing inquiries related to the property.
- Engage effectively with all stakeholders involved in the transaction.
- Ensure the production of consistently high-quality, error-free work.
- Aim for 100% quality yield in all tasks.
- Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Meet the output productivity targets established by the business unit.
- Conduct detailed investigations of high-priority complaints and disputes.
- Identify and escalate issues that require supervisor intervention.
- Complete all assignments and projects within established deadlines.
- Foster strong collaboration within the team to achieve departmental objectives.
