ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESFUNCTIONAL/OPERATIONAL:Engage with external stakeholders including borrowers, selling agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure smooth communication.Utilize proficient call and objection handling skills for both inbound and outbound communications.Coordinate closing schedules with buyers and lenders, and arrange notary services.Prepare and balance HUD and Closing Disclosure (CD) documents with lenders.Monitor closing deadlines to guarantee timely completions.Review title commitments and prepare comprehensive closing packages.Analyze tax statements and effectively prorate taxes as necessary.Review Homeowners Association (HOA) documents and lien payoffs.Demonstrate knowledge in disbursements and funding.Contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the closing process.
