At Blank Street, we are crafting thoughtfully designed experiences, both in-store and digitally. We are on the lookout for a Digital Product Manager to join our Product Design team and take charge of design execution across internal storytelling and digital product interactions.
About This Role
Our Digital Product team at Blank Street is responsible for developing and continually enhancing the digital tools and systems that facilitate a top-tier customer and in-store experience at every touchpoint, including our mobile app, POS, and internal tools.
In this position, you will assist in shaping the strategy, development, and daily enhancements of our consumer and employee-facing products.
Your role will involve improving existing products while supporting the development and launch of new products and features. This entails gathering feedback from the field, addressing bugs and issues, translating insights into actionable solutions for engineering, and facilitating smooth rollouts and training.
We welcome a variety of experience levels; if a more seasoned candidate fits exceptionally well, we are open to adjusting the role accordingly.
Over time, we hope you will evolve into a builder who can proactively prototype solutions and workflows (leveraging AI-assisted development tools) to help our team expedite progress.
Your work will be centered around three key pillars:
- Product Strategy & Research — Understand user challenges, collect feedback, and contribute to shaping our offerings.
- Execution — Manage issues, support launches, document processes, and prototype solutions.
- Product Insights & Analytics — Monitor metrics, analyze performance, and utilize data to guide decision-making.
This role requires full-time in-person presence at our London office.
