ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing and refining marketing campaigns designed to boost awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This hands-on position focuses on supporting account-based marketing (ABM) and broader demand generation initiatives across various platforms, including email, social media, content, events, and paid channels. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams to ensure that campaigns are effectively coordinated, launched on schedule, and continuously enhanced based on performance metrics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Campaign Execution and Optimization
Assist in the execution of ABM and demand generation campaigns targeting specific audiences, accounts, and growth objectives.
Aid in building, launching, and maintaining campaigns across various marketing systems, including email, social media, website landing pages, and paid programs.
Translate target account lists, personas, and campaign objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
Track campaign performance and offer recommendations for optimization based on engagement and conversion analytics.
Campaign Asset Development
Create and modify campaign content, including email copy, paid advertisements, and landing page text to align with campaign goals.
Support the creation of campaign collateral and supplementary materials (e.g., one-pagers, follow-up materials for webinars, event assets) using established templates and brand standards.
Refine copy and assets based on insights from performance data and feedback.
