Qualifications
As an Associate Managing Director I, your responsibilities will include building a skilled team, coordinating all Market Focus activities in your region, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be instrumental in generating new revenue and enhancing existing revenue streams within your Market Focus. Your external focus will be on cultivating and expanding your network of prospective clients and business partners, including architects, PM/CM firms, and key general contractors. You will also track leads for major pursuits, forecast a project pipeline, and develop effective strategies and teams. Additional responsibilities include:Staying updated on both regional and national market trends while keeping key team members at the forefront of technical advancements in your practice area. Building a robust internal network to facilitate the sharing of relevant information for staffing and project pursuits. Ensuring technical excellence in project delivery and providing expert solutions to challenges. Developing, reviewing, and coordinating the regional practice area business plan in alignment with the national market strategy, while collaborating with other practice areas, geographies, and services.
