This position offers advanced legal, compliance, and litigation support, ensuring the integrity and operational readiness of MOCJ’s legal and interagency functions.The Senior Legal Analyst will independently draft legal instruments such as Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), manage complex FOIL requests, support Article 78 and other litigation matters, oversee document collection and preservation processes, and serve as the primary liaison with IT for records retrieval and email production. This role demands sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to coordinate effectively across various functions, including operations, policy, IT, finance, and external stakeholders.This position reports to the General Counsel (or Deputy General Counsel, as applicable).
