Your primary focus will be on corporate finance and strategic transactions, encompassing capital markets activities, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.

You will play a key role in supporting the company's financing strategies that facilitate our growth in AI and data center expansion, while optimizing long-term capital.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating intricate legal and regulatory concepts into actionable, straightforward advice for business leaders.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly managing tight deadlines while producing insightful and high-quality work. You must possess strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership, enabling you to independently drive projects and assume full responsibility. As a collaborative team player, you should be innovative and adaptable in your problem-solving approach, enthusiastic about our business, and willing to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.
