We are looking for candidates who:Possess 2-3 years of experience in program management, commercial strategy, go-to-market initiatives, consulting, or business operations. Exhibit strong analytical skills and a keen curiosity, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and provide clarity in ambiguous situations. Are results-oriented, using data to drive actionable insights and decisions. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach, with a strong sense of accountability. Excel at cross-team collaboration, effectively aligning and influencing stakeholders. Communicate with clarity and professionalism, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex topics to diverse audiences. Are enthusiastic about working in a rapidly growing marketplace environment. Preferred qualifications include:Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or fast-paced technology firms. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase) and knowledge of SQL or similar query languages. An interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, structure challenges, and boost productivity.

We are currently seeking a Programs Associate to join our dynamic Partner Growth Strategy and Programs team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership throughout the organization to pinpoint growth opportunities, structure them into actionable programs, and oversee their implementation. Your efforts will have a direct impact on how thousands of partners flourish on Skroutz and the launch of new commercial initiatives in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and execution of partner growth initiatives aimed at enhancing merchant engagement with Skroutz tools and services. This includes opportunity identification, comprehensive analysis, and transforming strategic insights into scalable, impactful tactics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Commercial, Product, Marketing, Learning & Development, Category Management, Content, Finance, and Business Intelligence to synchronize objectives and empower teams to act decisively and efficiently.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and promote the adoption of new tools by clearly articulating product benefits and creating effective activation strategies.
  • Leverage data and qualitative feedback to monitor performance, derive insights, and continuously optimize programs for better results.
