Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director - Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role requires exceptional leadership qualities and a demonstrated history of effectively managing schedules for complex projects within the semiconductor construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize resource allocation within an integrated planning, cost, and risk framework to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Adhere to established planning and scheduling methodologies during the development of project schedules.
- Create and maintain Project Milestone and Progress tracking baselines.
- Evaluate subcontractor alignment with the defined scheduling methodologies.
- Assist in developing the Work Breakdown Structure to enhance project performance measurement.
- Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and issues, communicating findings to the Project Director and team.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders regarding project timelines.
- Mentor and coach the planning team to foster professional growth.
- Lead schedule reporting, including forecasts and contingency management for specific work packages.
- Timely update and analyze schedules, ensuring compliance with contractor schedules and integrated milestones.
- Assess resource needs and availability, recommending recovery options as necessary.
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities as applicable.
