As an Associate Director of Practice Area - Life Sciences, you will be responsible for building a successful team in your region while ensuring client satisfaction. Your focus will be on generating new revenue streams and enhancing existing ones by developing and strengthening relationships with prospective clients and business partners, including architects and PM/CM firms, as well as essential general contractors. Additionally, you will track major leads, forecast project pipelines, and formulate winning strategies and teams. Key Responsibilities:Stay updated on regional and national market trends, ensuring your team remains at the forefront of technical advancements in this practice area. Foster an internal network to facilitate the exchange of relevant information between our national team for staffing and project pursuits. Ensure technical excellence in project delivery and provide expert solutions to challenges. Lead the development of business strategies and foster client relationships.

Associate Director of Practice Area - Life Sciences

This role offers the opportunity to oversee and develop our practice area in the Northeast or West region, capitalizing on our established legacy and strong client relationships.

In this pivotal position, you will spearhead initiatives to secure and manage pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory, and medical device projects. You will oversee the regional life sciences team, guiding the development of strategic business plans and executing a diverse range of projects. This role reports directly to the regional leader of the firm.
