What Your Role Entails
As the Associate Director of Paid Search at GALE Partners, you will spearhead the execution of search campaigns while playing a pivotal role in shaping strategic approaches for these initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google and Bing, while providing actionable insights for Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Setting and managing expectations for clients and internal teams, and overseeing a subset of the Search team across multiple clients.
- Establishing and refining processes for creating, implementing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns.
- Mentoring junior team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient campaigns while fostering their professional development.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key search engine representatives to ensure smooth campaign launches and ongoing performance improvements.
- Leveraging your digital marketing expertise to develop thought leadership pieces on trending topics that enhance agency visibility in the marketplace.
Who You Are
We are looking for an individual with:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) focused on direct response campaigns (CPA, ROI, ROAS).
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, SearchAds360 (DoubleClick) and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret raw data, draw conclusions, and create actionable recommendations.
- Advanced capabilities in keyword analysis, campaign structuring, SEM strategy, and ad copywriting.
- Exceptional Excel skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities, allowing you to convey complex data clearly.
- Experience in training and managing team members at various levels from entry-level to managerial positions.
