As an Associate Data Analyst in Customer Support, you will leverage your analytical skills to interpret client data requests and deliver comprehensive analytics utilized by some of the largest private capital investors, investment banks, and service providers worldwide. You will collaborate with the support team to generate complex, customized reports for our clients. The pain points you identify in customer experience will inform product enhancements and drive our continuous improvement efforts.
