About the Team
Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) is looking for a dynamic Associate to join our Corporate Team in Seoul. In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing research inquiries from our corporate clients located throughout South Korea.
The Associate in the Corporate team is integral to driving GLG’s core business processes. You will fulfill timely client research requests, identify, and propose various research methodologies that align with client needs, and facilitate connections between GLG clients and our Network Members.
As an Associate, you will undergo a thorough training program, receive ongoing coaching, and develop essential business and leadership skills that will empower your growth in current and future roles.
Key Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with team members on diverse client projects and engaging with Network Members.
- Recruiting new experts to join GLG’s insight network through strategic lead generation and outreach via phone, email, and other channels.
- Enhancing your understanding of client strategies and industry sectors to identify and assess the best experts for client projects.
- Coordinating and confirming key calls and meetings between GLG clients and Network Members, including scheduling for new recruits.
- Proactively engaging with GLG’s Network Members to comprehend their expertise and evaluate their fit for client projects.
- Working closely with senior team members to expand project scopes and refine recruiting strategies to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Learning and adhering to our compliance policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of client engagements.
As an Associate, You Will Learn To:
