As an Associate, your key responsibilities will include:Daily Client Engagement: Foster and nurture relationships with clients, providing tailored support and deploying custom solutions that empower their success. Project Ownership: Manage client projects from inception to completion, encompassing project scoping, expert recruitment, and the delivery of high-quality outcomes for both clients and experts. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, your manager, and internal stakeholders to leverage GLG’s full suite of products, maximizing commercial outcomes, enhancing revenue, and maintaining existing client accounts. About the job

GLG is hiring an Associate, Client Service - Life Sciences for its London office. This position supports the Insight Network by connecting clients with professionals who have direct experience in financial services, consulting, and corporate roles. The work centers on the life sciences sector, helping clients access the expertise they need for their projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timely communications between clients and life sciences subject matter experts.
  • Work closely with colleagues and clients to clarify project requirements and deliver targeted insights.
  • Oversee projects from the initial brief through expert engagement and follow-up steps.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with both clients and experts, maintaining high service standards throughout each engagement.
