Job Purpose

This position is designed to spearhead broker-driven sales growth through strategic relationship management, market activation, and performance facilitation. The Associate - Broker Management will support the expansion of Aldar's broker network both locally and internationally, ensuring that broker partners are well-equipped, actively engaged, and achieving established revenue and registration KPIs.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Serve as a brand ambassador for Aldar and its project offerings, maximizing visibility and fostering broker engagement in assigned markets.

- Identify, onboard, and activate new broker agencies to meet Aldar's sales objectives in the UAE and global markets.

- Implement structured broker enablement initiatives, including project training sessions, workshops, and development briefings.

- Assist in organizing broker sales events, exhibitions, and international roadshows in collaboration with leadership.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, pricing, product priorities, and campaign strategies.

- Manage daily broker relationships, addressing escalations, and flagging key risks to the leadership team.

- Track and report on broker performance, registration trends, campaign effectiveness, and lead quality using Salesforce and internal systems.

- Provide insights into international markets, including competitive analysis, regulatory dynamics, and sales challenges.

- Conduct awareness sessions for Aldar internal teams about broker performance, market opportunities, and channel strategies.

- Recommend tactical promotions and broker incentives to navigate market-specific barriers and drive activation.

- Ensure adherence to Aldar's broker guidelines and support marketing governance across all broker communications.
