Key Requirements:At least 18 months of experience in construction, the built environment, or technical project delivery. A solid understanding of building fabric, construction processes, and health and safety regulations, including CDM. Experience collaborating with design and build contractors, facilities management providers, advisors, and public sector stakeholders. Demonstrated capability in project coordination, encompassing planning, risk management, reporting, and program monitoring. Proficiency in digital tools, such as Microsoft Office, Common Data Environments (CDEs), and Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms. A degree in a relevant field along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Construction Technical Project Manager to assist in the effective delivery of high-quality educational infrastructure projects throughout Wales. This role is ideal for individuals who are at the beginning of their careers in construction or technical project management and are eager to contribute to impactful, community-oriented projects.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the monitoring of design and construction activities to ensure compliance with project agreements and schedules. You will collaborate closely with the Technical Project Manager to oversee construction processes.
