Qualifications

Our Ideal Assistant Store Manager Will Have:A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, product sales, or customer service, preferably in a specialty retail setting. Proven experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a team. Familiarity with computer systems, especially MS Excel, and POS systems (RetailPro). A proactive approach and a commitment to providing a customized retail experience. A willingness to learn and be an active participant in the riding community. Knowledge or passion for motorcycles is a plus but not mandatory.

As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will play a pivotal role in guiding the store team and driving overall success. Your responsibilities will include empowering Sales Associates to achieve their sales targets while providing exemplary customer service. You’ll be instrumental in sharing your extensive product knowledge, offering customers and team members detailed insights into product features and advantages. Your expertise will extend to all facets of store operations, from opening and closing protocols to managing returns and special orders, as well as effectively distributing tasks among Sales Associates.
