Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager for Training & Quality in the Back Office at DATAMARK, Inc. plays a pivotal role in upholding the company's quality standards and policies in alignment with project requirements and client expectations. This role involves a thorough understanding of the PLI metrics for quality and their implications on various projects. A successful candidate will be proactive, taking initiatives to enhance project quality consistently. Collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders is essential to ensure that training programs are tailored to meet the diverse needs of the organization and align with business objectives. The Assistant Manager will embody and promote the brand's values and philosophy through all training and development initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the deployment of Six Sigma principles across all organizational levels.
- Collaborate closely with functional areas to strategize Six Sigma initiatives.
- Foster effective working relationships with clients to improve their processes.
- Drive teamwork and manage a team comprising Quality Auditors, Quality Assurance specialists, and Trainers.
- Adhere to deadlines and execute delegated tasks across various projects as set by the Training & Quality Manager.
- Document and redesign business processes, requirements, and workflow maps to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Assist in data collection and consolidation, collaborating with Project Leaders and the Training & Quality Manager to drive process improvements.
- Stay updated on client quality standards to meet quality metrics effectively.
- Communicate process changes to associates, trainers, and quality team members.
- Analyze team performance in terms of quality and prepare actionable plans.
- Identify and assess training needs through job analysis, employee surveys, and consultations with management.
- Design individualized and group training programs that address specific business requirements.
- Create training manuals aimed at achieving measurable results.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
