We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic people leader who is passionate about crafting unforgettable experiences for both guests and team members. This pivotal role supports the Venue Manager and the team in realizing our mission of ‘creating pub experiences locals love’! With our vast network of venues, this position opens the door to unlimited career prospects!

A Day in the Life of an Assistant Manager:

  • Inspire and motivate your team to deliver an authentic and ‘local’ guest experience.
  • Lead team coaching and mentoring, focusing on Guest and Team initiatives, as well as daily pub operations.
  • Proactively engage in local events and assist the Venue Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Foster a responsible service culture grounded in fun, passion, and authenticity, encouraging both your team and guests to be their true selves!
