• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, emphasizing Leadership and People Development or Talent Management.• Possession of WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) is essential.• WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) is highly desirable.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to present effectively.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.• Proficient in data analysis.

Join our dynamic team at fuku as an Assistant Manager of Leadership and Development. This permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to $8,000, along with an attractive bonus and annual wage supplement (AWS). We are seeking a dedicated professional with at least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D), specifically in designing and implementing leadership programs tailored for senior management.

As the Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership competencies and establishing a robust leadership pipeline at both the enterprise and business levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design a cohesive Leadership and People Development (LPD) curriculum that aligns with our leadership strategy, serving as a roadmap for staff training in line with career milestones.
• Collaborate with external training consultants to deliver premier LPD programs and ensure effective reinforcement strategies for better knowledge retention.
• Independently source and implement leadership and behavioral assessments, curating personalized development programs for senior leaders, utilizing specialized resources from Centers of Excellence.
• Collaborate on leadership content creation as a “Management Trainer,” fostering a culture of “leader-as-coach” to engage leaders across various levels.
• Regularly review and refine in-house education programs to maintain alignment with organizational and national workforce objectives.
• Ensure the orientation program remains effective and relevant for new hires.
• Elevate the focus on leadership and people development throughout the organization.
• Manage logistics and administrative tasks for leadership training with support from the Learning Shared Services Team.
