We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in L&D, specifically in designing and developing leadership programs tailored for senior management. Your strong presentation and communication skills will enable you to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement comprehensive programs aimed at enhancing leadership competencies and cultivating a robust leadership pipeline across both enterprise and business levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a cohesive Leadership and People Development (LPD) curriculum that aligns with our organization's leadership strategy, providing a structured roadmap for employee training and career progression.
• Collaborate with external training consultants to deliver LPD programs that guarantee a high-quality training experience, while overseeing pre- and post-course reinforcement to enhance knowledge retention and practical application.
• Identify and implement leadership and behavioral assessments, either independently or in conjunction with Talent Management, to curate customized leadership development programs for senior leaders, utilizing specialized resources from Centres of Excellence and Institutes of Higher Learning.
• Partner with senior leaders as “Management Trainers” to create engaging leadership content and promote a “leader-as-coach” culture that fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing at all levels.
• Continuously review and refine in-house educational programs to ensure they align with organizational and national workforce goals.
• Maintain the relevance and effectiveness of the orientation program for new employees.
• Advocate for increased focus on leadership and people development organization-wide.
• Manage all logistics and administrative tasks related to leadership training with support from the Learning Shared Services Team.
