Role Overview

The Assistant Management Accountant joins the Finance team, supporting both Broadwick Live and Broadwick Spaces. This position manages financial data across several entities, focusing on accurate reporting and providing insights that support strategic decisions by leadership.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee and reconcile cashbooks, including handling a high volume of bank reconciliations on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Administer and reconcile Pleo expense accounts for multiple entities, mainly at month-end.
  • Assist with month-end close, including balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining supporting schedules.
  • Support intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
  • Contribute to quarterly VAT returns and FEU reporting.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset registers.
  • Assist with accounts receivable, including ad hoc invoicing, tracking receipts, and reconciling daily income as needed.
  • Complete post-show income reconciliations and ensure reporting accuracy.
