Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.5–8 years of HR experience, ideally within property management, facilities, real estate services, hospitality, or similar sectors. Proven hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and frontline workforce management. Familiarity with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and HR best practices. Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple trackers and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

esr-group’s Property Management Business Unit is hiring an Assistant HR Business Partner (Operations) in Singapore. This role supports a diverse frontline workforce across multiple sites, focusing on operational HR, employee experience, and workforce planning.

What You Will Do

  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Handle onboarding, confirmation appraisals, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee personnel files (P-files) in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Business Partnering: Work with stakeholders to identify hiring needs and plan workforce deployment for various locations.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle: draft job descriptions, post openings, source and screen candidates, coordinate selection, and handle offers. Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for future needs.
  • HR Administration & Tracking: Oversee HR trackers and reports, including recruitment activity, contract expirations, re-employment, work pass renewals, and exit interviews. Prepare new hire data for internal communications.
  • Frontline Workforce Management: Advise site-based staff on attendance, performance, and general HR matters in a busy operational environment.
  • Employee & Union Relations: Respond to questions about payroll, benefits, and HR policies. Support employee relations and union matters as needed.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Assist with manpower budgeting and track recruitment and workforce-related costs.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Monitor HR data such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, recruitment metrics, and manpower costs. Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management.
  • General HR Support: Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
