BSc/MSc degree in Finance or Accounting. ACCA certification will be considered an advantage.2 to 3 years of work experience as an Assistant Accountant. Good understanding of Greek GAAP and IFRS. Experience with SAP ERP/FI and SAP BPC reporting will be appreciated. Experience with macros will be considered a plus. Excellent computer skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office Excel. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.

The GEK TERNA Group is looking for:

Assistant Accountant for Financial Reporting

Role Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the comprehensive preparation and reporting of the Group's financial statements, adhering to IFRS standards.
  • Assist in drafting periodic financial reports (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual results) in accordance with IFRS.
  • Contribute to the preparation of both interim and annual financial statements following IFRS guidelines.
  • Actively engage in group reporting activities.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other accountants.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • 2 to 3 years of work experience as an Assistant Accountant.
  • Good understanding of Greek GAAP and IFRS.
