Your Role
As the Assistant Academic Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Academic Director in managing the academic operations of the LaunchX summer program. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily logistics, ensuring classroom readiness, providing student support, coordinating documentation and interns, and communicating effectively with the Program Manager as needed. You will be instrumental in maintaining instructional consistency, facilitating a seamless program flow, and ensuring the accurate execution of LaunchX’s managerial responsibilities.
This position reports directly to the Summer Academic Director and senior management, striving to create a successful and stimulating learning environment for aspiring student entrepreneurs.

Employment Dates: June 15th to August 15th
(Includes our paid training period)
Academic Leadership and Intern Group Training will occur virtually from June 15–19 (approximately 20–25 hours) and on campus from June 22–26 (approximately 20 hours). The Academic Leadership and Intern team will support the campus program from June 28–August 8 (approximately 30–40 hours per week), followed by post-program reflections and wrap-up work from August 8–15 (approximately 10–15 hours).
