Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence to act as a technical architect for our Intelligence Layer and Data Consortium. This role is distinct from general web development and concentrates on developing high-scale systems that underpin our fraud intelligence capabilities.
You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining distributed, production-quality services and data pipelines that process real-time signals from millions of users, facilitating our Agentic Flow to automatically optimize strategies. You will take ownership of evolving our internal AI agent workflow and tooling, aiding in its transition to our new production-grade framework. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of AI applications and agentic flows using cutting-edge large language models (LLMs), collaborating with Data Science and Solutions teams to integrate traditional machine learning models, rule engines, and labeling pipelines into production.
This is primarily a production software engineering position. While classic machine learning modeling experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory as long as you possess strong software engineering skills and a good understanding of machine learning principles.
